Exchanges: No exchanges

Returns: No returns. There are occasional exceptions. Contact via email at lvingconscious@gmail.com let us know the situation and reason for return.

Refunds: Get in touch via email at lvingconscious@gmail.com and let us know the reasons for the refund request. We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If refunded, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method which can take 1-3 business days for you bank or credit card to process and post the refund.

Damages and/or Issues: We are not responsible for small damages once item is shipped to you. Make sure to inspect your order upon receive and contact us if any issues. We will always try to find a way to resolve and offer best costumer service. All items are handmade and occasionally have imperfections.
